BHI Architects has proposed a comprehensive design approach to a mixed use development on the fringe of Wollongong’s rapidly changing CBD, at 43-45 Atchison Street and 40-46 Kenny Street, bordered on the southern side by Ellen Street. The proposed development includes ground floor retail, first floor commercial uses, four residential podium levels and two towers each with nine residential levels, totalling 205 apartments. Overall the development is 16 storeys in height and sits at approximately 60m above street level, with four levels of basement car parking and loading.
