Cascades Dural consists of two wings of buildings embracing central terraced plazas. It has a rural village atmosphere with a strong landscape focus. The development presents an active urban street address and strong urban form to the upper portion of the site with multiple low key commercial and community functions terracing down the site. These are intertwined with garden terraces, cascading water elements and landscaping providing integration with the rural character of the lower portion of the site, which is activated by a garden terrace restaurant.

It features a residential development located in a quiet zone on site, shielded from road noise by landform. The residences overlook the lower levels and enjoy views to the west and north.
