Specifically, the scope of work encompassed construction of a new showroom, wholesale area, and administrative office in the front portion of the building, demolition of the central internal wall that separates 65 and 67 Parraweena Road to create a unified building, removal of a section of the existing rear roof and installation of a new steel portal frame structure to support an elevated roof for the building.
