The aim of the industrial development at Kirrawee was to improve the amenity for the existing business there and provide an additional 6 industrial units. It involved demolishing the existing building on site and constructing new industrial units over 2 levels. The design incorporated on site parking, manoeuvring, site layout building design and landscaping.
