Our architectural project is situated in the bustling industrial hub of Seven Hills, known for its prime location and strategic access. This development comprises a total of 20 units, each designed to reflect the principles of modern architecture while harmonising with the industrial landscape. Our approach priorities contemporary design elements, which encompass sleek lines, innovative use of materials, and an emphasis on functional aesthetics. The core concept revolves around creating spaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly practical, meeting the diverse needs of industrial businesses. For the construction of these units, we have chosen a concrete tilt-up panel system. This system not only offers robust structural integrity but also aligns with the industrial character of the area.
